On Friday 18th March, Hampshire Fare celebrated their 25th birthday with a gala dinner at Lainston House Hotel.
Posh frocks and Dickie bows were donned for an evening of amazing food cooked by Luke Holder from Hartnett Holder & Co at Lime Wood Hotel, Luke Matthews from The Dining Room at Chewton Glen Hotel and Olly Rouse from The Avenue at Lainston House Hotel. All ingredients were sourced from within Hampshire and we feasted on local trout, pork and the most delicious of cheesecakes. The dinner was rounded off with local cheeses from Two Hoots, Lyburn and Hampshire Cheeses and chocolates made by Winchester Cocoa. The whole evening was a great showcase for Hampshire talent.
