Starfish has been tasked with the promotion of this exclusive retail development at the historic Butter Market in the heart of Chichester, designed to attract luxury brands. The first stage of the project was the installation of the hoardings around the site and the launch of the website.

The luxury arcade is due for completion later this summer.
