Branding for Apprenticeship

In Partnership with The Solent Civil Engineering Employers’ Group, Fareham College is now offering an exciting new Apprenticeship targeted at young people who are seeking a career in civil engineering occupations.

Starfish were delighted to work with the College and the Committee to create a new brand for the scheme which included a logo, icons and imagery to be used on all the promotional materials.

Creating this bus was a joy for Starfish's creative team. Taking inspiration from the fun fair at the end of Brighton Palace Pier, the bright, colourful swirls and gold metallic vinyl letters, really make this bus stand out.  Keep your eyes peeled for it around Brighton and drop us a line if you spot it!

  Illustrations for family ticket    When Starfish was asked to develop creatives for MetroBusUK's family ticket campaign, we immediately thought of nesting dolls and created this cute little group.  The marketing campaign comprised a range of materials including outdoor advertising, bus stops and a digital campaign.

  New branding for Katy Sexton    We were delighted to be approached by the World Champion and Olympic swimmer to create a new brand for her business, Katy Sexton Sport & Fitness.   Part of the brief was that the business offers all aspects of coaching and personal training and was not specifically about swimming. With that in mind, the logo design used her initials as the main motif, and paired with a clean a crisp font creates a polished and professional brand.

  MetroBus UK launches Have Your Say campaign   Starfish was commissioned by MetroBus UK to design and create a series of deliverables for their internal 'Have Your Say' engagement survey campaign.  They wanted a bright and eye-catching campaign to encourage members of staff to take part in the survey and was rolled out onto posters and banners.

  Become a Gunwharf Explorer...   Starfish was asked by Gunwharf Quays to create a fun map and accompanying stickers for their new children's Historic Trail.  Once they have collected their pack, children can explore the site and find the artefacts illustrated on the stickers. Once they are all placed correctly on the map this is then traded in for treasure!  Whilst the scheme is free, any donations to Gunwharf's local charity partner, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance would be much appreciated and we obviously had to add a helicopter into the illustration.
